An ocean crossing yacht sails around the clock. Which means people sleep around the clock too. So it’s nice if any running machines located close to the aft cabins is as silent as possible. Today we mounted the auto pilot pump and the cabin heaters, which fall into this category. So they all get soft rubber feet to sit on, to minimize the amount of noise that is transmitted to the hull.
Oh yeah, I promised interior pictures…. Actually our carpenters were here, but they didn’t deliver anything woody yet, the glue was still drying. But I give you an interior WIP shot anyway, since I promised!
